Please Note: Registrations will not be accepted after online registration website closes at July 14, 2017. Housing Registrations cannot be accommodated on-site during the conference dates.

Each person staying on campus MUST have a housing reservation. If you are planning to stay in a bedroom or apartment with another person or person, you still must complete your own housing reservation. To complete your housing registration, you must create a login for the registration process. This login will allow you access to your reservation(s) for changes such as date changes, roommate/Apartment Mate updates, and it will also allow you to create multiple reservations under one unique login identification, etc. Please see the Additional Registrations Tab for instructions for creating multiple reservations under one login account.

UC San Diego Conference Services will be handling the registration process for on-campus HOUSING only, so please contact meetings@ucsd.edu if more information or assistance is needed. Accommodation Types are defined as follows:

  • Shared Bedroom Rate (shared room, shared apartment): $69.87 per person per night.
  • Private Bedroom Rate (own private room, shared apartment): $92.37 per person per night.
  • Private Apartment Rate (own, private apartment, single occupancy only): $159.87 per person per night.
  • Plus $15 Administration Fee per reservation

Housing Accommodations are located in the Warren College Apartments on the UC San Diego Campus. All apartment units have two (2) bedrooms, a Livingroom and kitchen (NO kitchenware provided). 

If you are part of a couple that would like to be housed in an apartment with only yourselves as occupants, both must select Private Bedroom and indicate each other's names in the Apartment Mate/Roommate field. 

Included in the Nightly Rate:

  • On-campus accommodations in a SHARED bedroom or PRIVATE bedroom or PRIVATE apartment.
  • Breakfast/Breakfast equivalent Daily
  • Daily Snacks
  • Tax Included
  • Linen Bundle that includes one (1) set of bed linens, one (1) Pillow, one (1) set of towels.
  • Weekly cleaning of common areas and trash removal
  • Internet Access (Wireless not guaranteed)

NOT Included in Rate:

  • Air-conditioning in Housing areas
  • Toiletries
  • Parking (Permits are sold separately and will be available to purchase in advance starting May of 2017)

Important Accommodation Registration Information:

  • UC San Diego is a smoke-free campus
  • All guests must comply with "Rules and Safety Regulations"
  • Accommodations are assigned by gender. If you are requesting a mixed gender bedroom or apartment, you must indicate you are agreeable to a mixed gendered unit by selecting “Yes” to the question during the registration process. Additionally, both registrants will need to name the apartment mate or roommate using the provided field to ensure you are placed with the requested individual.

The earliest check-in date is Friday, August 4, 2017. The latest check-out date is Friday, August 11, 2017

Check in time is after 4:00* pm on arrival date, check out time is by 11:00* am on departure date.

Important Information/Dates

ONLY ON-campus housing reservations can be made through this reservation process. Any hotel reservations should be made directly with the hotel.

Payment Policy

100% payment is due at the time of registration. Payment method is by credit card: American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, and Visa.

Please enter the credit card to be charged the above amount. The mandatory CCV code is the last 3 digits printed on the reverse side of the credit cards and 4 digits printed on the front of American Express cards.

The credit card information is transmitted over a secure connection.

Cancellation & Changes

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to meetings@ucsd.edu.
  • All cancellations are subject to the loss of the $15 handling fee.
  • Cancellations made on or prior to April 30, 2017 are subject to a full refund of the On-Campus Housing Registration fee and the loss of the handling fee. 
  • Cancellation made between May 1 and July 14, 2017 will result in the fifty (50%) loss of the On-Campus Housing Registration Fee, and the loss of the handling fee.
  • Cancellations made on or after July 15, 2017 will result in a one hundred percent (100%) loss of the On-Campus Housing Registration Fee and handling fee. There will be no refunds.
  • No shows (those who fail to check in) are liable for the entire On-Campus Housing Registration Fee and handling fee.
  • Full refunds or partial refunds will not be processed for guests who choose to leave their program early.
  • Payment made for registrations may not be transferred from one annual meeting to another. All cancellations policies apply during the conference.
  • Refunds may take up to thirty (30) days to be processed.
  • Changes to your reservation can be made until the last day of registration on July 14, 2017.

If you would like to register someone else after you have successfully registered yourself, follow the steps below. 

1. Click on the "Registrations" button on the top left of the window. 

2. Click on the "New Registration" button

3. Type in "2017NAIN" in the code field provided

4. Click on the "Submit Code" button

5. When asked if you would like to create a new registration, click "Yes."

6. Complete the Registration Form
